📦 What are your delivery times?

Your order will be prepared within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery times then generally vary between 5 and 10 working days , depending on your location.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Canada, and the United Kingdom. For any other destination, please contact us and we'll see what we can do to deliver to you.

🏢 Where do your shipments come from?

Our registered office is at 275 New North Road, N1 7AA, London, United Kingdom .
However, the majority of our items are shipped from our international logistics center located in China .

🔍 Do you offer a tracking number?

Absolutely. You can get your tracking number about 3 days after your order , by contacting us at: contact@yuumie.com .

📦 A product is missing from my package, what should I do?

Don't worry!
Occasionally, items in the same order may be shipped separately, especially if they come from different inventory or have different processing times . The rest of your order should arrive soon.

⏱ My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

We are sorry for the wait.
International deliveries can sometimes be slowed down by customs procedures .
Use your tracking number to check the progress of your package. And if necessary, contact our team at contact@yuumie.com .

❌ My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We apologize for this inconvenience.
Please send us a clear photo of the damaged item by email to contact@yuumie.com . We will send you a new product free of charge and as soon as possible .

💰 What is your refund policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority.
You can request a refund within 30 days of receipt , provided that:

  • is not a sale product,
  • unused and in original packaging.
